How to run a summary report in GenMapper

Here is the tutorial on how we can run the summary report on admin.genmapper.com

  • Using your credential login to your account

 

  • Click on “Report” or drop down button next to it

 

  • Two options will appear, click on “Summary Report”

 

  • Select the group you want to run the report of by using drop down button

 

  • Click on “Summary Report” to run the report

 

  • You will see the preview of your report on right side, now click on “Request Complete Report”

  • Once you have clicked on request complete report , you will get a notification on the top right corner saying “we have received your request, we will send you an email with the report shortly”

 

  • Once the report is generated you will receive an email , you can then download your report by clicking on “Here”

 

Following these steps you can run your report and also download to view your report .
