Reset Password in GenMapper.com app

This article is for resetting password on the new TaEthni Identity Provider.

 Instructions

  1. Open the app

  2. Click “Sign In”

  3. Click “Forgot Password”

  4. Enter your email used for your GenMapper account and see the email forgot password confirmation has been set.

  5. Check your email for the Forgot Password Link email

  6. Click “Reset your Password”

  7. Enter in a new password twice and submit. A confirmation page appears.

  8. proceed back to your app for login.

  9. Click “Sign In”

  10. Sign in with your new credentials.
