Reset Password on admin.GenMapper.com

This article is for resetting password on the new TaEthni Identity Provider.

 Instructions

  1. visit https://admin.genmapper.com

     

  2. Click Login

  3. Click “Forgot Password”

  4. Enter Password and see the Email Sent confirmation screen

  5. Check Email for reset password link

  6. Click “Reset Password” link

  7. Enter new password twice and submit. Next you will see the password has been reset screen.

  8. Proceed back to https://admin.genmapper.com

  9. Click “Login”

  10. Enter your credentials that you just reset.
