How To: Reset Your Password

If you are not able to login due to a forgotten password, follow the the steps below to change your password and regain access to your account.

  • Within the Genmapper app, on the login screen click “Forgot Password”

 

  • Provide your username and the email address associated with your account and click the “Forgot Password” button.

 

  • An email will be sent to your registered email account. You will need to click “confirm” and then you will be directed to new page where you can choose your new password.

 

  • You will then need to click in “confirm” and you will be directed to new tab where you can enter your new password.

 

 

 

  • After you have created a new password you can successfully login with your new password.
