Common Username and Password issues

Common Username issues:

  • You are not allowed to use an Uppercase letter in a username i.e ( A,B,C,D etc)

  • No character can be used in a username except for an underscore ( _ )

Some issues that commonly occur:

  • Sometimes while logging in, the username and password are not entered properly

  • You may not have verified your genmapper account yet ( check you email to activate/verify your account)

Password complexity requirements:
Password length must be at least 8 characters and must contain at least a capital letter, a number and a symbol [!@#$%^&*(),.?":{}|<>/`~;)].
