How to Download a new form in Genmapper.

Downloading a new form in Genmapper

  1. Click the 3 bars at the top left of the Genmapper screen

 

 

2. Click “Download Form”

 

 

3. From the forms listed, select the form that you would like to download and click on it to download

 

4. If the form that you want to download is not listed in “Download Form” option, contact your administrator to request access for the required form
