how to Create a Password
you are not allowed to use Uppercase in password i.e ( A,B,C,D etc)
no character can be used in password except underscore ( _ )
some issue that occurs:
cannot use uppercase in password
sometimes username and password are not entered properly
you may not have verified you genmapper account ( check you email to activate/verify you account)
