When you set up multi-factor authentication, you should have received a list of recovery codes. Please use one of these codes to recover your account as described in this knowledge base article: https://taethni.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AYBjN

If you did not save these codes, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your workspace or team admin informing them that you have sent a request to Ta Ethni’s service desk.

  2. Send a photo of a government issued photo id.

  3. Also send a photo of your id next to your face in clear lighting.

  4. Also provide a handwritten note in English that includes:

    1. the current date

    2. our application name

    3. the workspace name(s) you are a member of

    4. the team(s) you are a member of listing as many as possible

  5. A brief description of recently added activities such as type and date of activity.

 

Once you provide this information, we can take the next steps for turning off multi-factor authentication for your account.

Because we value your security, we hope you understand the requirements are to protect you and your account. There will also be a waiting period to ensure your identity.
