What if I lose access to MFA?
When you set up multi-factor authentication, you should have received a list of recovery codes. Please use one of these codes to recover your account as described in this knowledge base article: https://taethni.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AYBjN
If you did not save these codes, please follow these steps:
Contact your workspace or team admin informing them that you have sent this request to Ta Ethni’s service desk.
Send a photo of a government issued photo id.
Also send a photo of your id next to your face in clear lighting.
Additionally provide a handwritten note in English that includes:
the current date
our application name
the workspace name(s) you are a member of
the team(s) you are a member of listing as many as possible
Finally, provide brief description of recently added activities such as type and date of activity.
Once you provide this information, we can take the next steps for turning off multi-factor authentication for your account.
