Using the Comments Box

GAPP is a strategy implementation tool which allows you to collect, view, and analyze information on the progress of the Great Commission among all peoples and places. Sometimes, you will want to capture more notes or details that aren’t standard questions in an Activity such as:
Streets, businesses, or people met while prayer walking
More details on the gospel share or notes for topics to discuss next time
Space to detail which discipleship lesson you completed, or questions asked
Rationale for why Yes or No was checked in the church formation Activity form
This is where the Comments Box serves its purpose, serving the team as a running history of the progress of the Great Commission among all peoples and places.
The Comments Box allows you to write a paragraph or make bullet points, to bold key points, create a table, or insert a link. The Comments Box supports typing in any of the available languages in GAPP.
