FEATURES:

Onboarding Updates:

• User agreements have been combined onto one page for easier access.

• New look to the home page.

• Beta label is removed. Some features will be available only to specific tiers. Check out how to upgrade your tier. You can navigate to the subscriptions options directly from the Onboarding page as well.

• The new landing page makes it easier to navigate to your team activities dashboard or to add a new activity with one click.

  • To go to the team dashboard, select the dashboards icon next to the team you want to view activities for.

  • Click the GAPP logo in the side bar to return to the landing page at any time.

  • To add an activity, click the + button next to the team you want to add an activity to.

  • Alternatively, you can select the team name to open the team menu.

  • Or use the side navigation bar to access all options.

     

     

• Pin teams or groups or churches from the landing page.

   

• How to be a template editor onboarding card is added for Workspace Owners, Administrators, or Creators.

Calendar Updates:

• New date filters added to the date picker make it easier to select a relevant date range.

   

• The calendar view filters to core task activities based on the currently set filters. The default view is this month’s core task activities.

  • The displayed activities are grouped by core task with a number to indicate how many of each core task activities were recorded on that day.

  • Buttons for month and week allow for ease of navigation.

  • Easily navigate across weeks or months with arrow buttons

  • If your filter date range includes today’s date, a button for today provides a simple way to return to a view with today’s core task activities.

Dashboard Updates:

• There are now customizable dashboard views through dashboard settings.

• Peoples impacted card is sortable alphabetically or by number of peoples impacted.

Side Navigation Bar Updates:

• The side navigation bar has a link to pin more teams or pin more churches directly under already pinned teams or already pinned churches.

   

Research Tab Updates:

• The team research map now has an expandable legend to indicate the Strategic Priority Index.

   

• The team research map now has a feature table which can be toggled on or off and sorted by all columns.

   

Other Updates:

• All translations have been updated, and GAPP is available in 110 languages.

• ArcGIS queries run more smoothly.
