How do I accept an invitation to join a team?

When invited to a team, follow these simple steps to register and/or login:

1. Go to theGAPP.app

2. Click Login/Register.

3. Choose ONE of the options below:

   1. If you have a Microsoft account - use Sign in with Microsoft. Then skip to step 6.

   2. If you do not have a Microsoft account - login with your username/email and password. Then skip to step 6.

   3. If you need an account - click “Need an account? Register” and complete the registration form.

4. If you are registering an account, after you complete the registration form, follow the process to confirm your email.

5. After confirming your email:

   1. accept the agreement for using the app

      

   2. set your user preferences

      

   3. accept the invitations from the popup

      

   4. accept the terms and conditions for joining the workspace

      

6. Accept any pending invite(s) which can be found by clicking the notifications bell.

   

7. If your invitation has expired, you must contact the person who originally invited you and request that they follow the steps outlined in step 8.

8. If a new user’s invite expires, as the inviter go to the manage invites page. From there you must first cancel the expired invitation and then resend a new invite.
