  1. Open the app

    Click “Sign In”

    Click “Forgot Password”

    Enter your email used for your GenMapper account and see the email forgot password confirmation has been set.

    Check your email for the Forgot Password Link email

  6. Image Added

    Click “Reset your Password”

  7. Image Added

    Enter in a new password twice and submit. A confirmation page appears.

    proceed back to your app for login.

    Click “Sign In”

    Sign in with your new credentials.
