Only some workspaces have the workspace transfer option. A workspace adminadministrator must set the workspace preferences to permit transfers with or without consent or prevent activity transfers for the workspace.

Administrators - To Permit Workspace to Workspace Transfers:

  1. As a workspace adminadministrator, navigate to the workspace side menu, select Settings then Preferences.

  2. From the drop down menu, choose to allow workspace transfers with consent, transfers without consent, or no transfers permitted. This setting allows you to either prevent activity transfers, require consent for each transfer, or allow transfers without needing any prior approval.

  3. Click save to implement these settings across the workspace.
