Only Administrators can transfer from all members to another member. Anyone can transfer their own activities to another member.

To transfer all or some data from one team member to another:

  1. Choose the correct team.

  2. Choose members.

  3. Select the transfer activities icon next to the member whose data you want to transfer from.

  4. If you need to change the member you selected, choose the back button, otherwise choose Next.

  5. Choose whether to break or keep owned chained activities. Then select Next.

  6. Choose activities to transfer:

    1. To transfer all activities, select the box at the top left

    2. OR transfer only specific activities by selecting the box next to the activities you want to transfer.

    3. Change the number of activities to display from 5 to 100 items per page

    4. Move through pages by selecting the left and right navigation arrows.

    5. Select Next.

  7. Choose the team to transfer the activity/activities to by scrolling and clicking or by typing the name in the selector bar and then clicking the correct team. Select Next.

  8. Choose what happens to contributors:

    1. Include contributors in the transfer

    2. OR exclude contributors in the transfer

    3. Select Next

  9. Choose what to do with unowned chained activities:

    1. Break activity chains

    2. OR keep activity chains

    3. Select Next

  10. Choose team member to transfer activities to:

    1. Select the team member that is auto chosen.

    2. Click the x to remove the auto chosen team member.

    3. Scroll or search for the name of the team member you want to transfer the activity/activities to.

    4. Select the correct team member.

    5. Click Choose member.

    6. Select Next

  11. Confirm transferring activities.

    1. This cannot be undone.

    2. If you need to undo the transfer, you may follow these steps from the beginning.
