Archiving and Deleting Teams

Teams may change for a variety of reasons. If a team ceases activity, you will want to stop activities from being entered, but you may or may not want to continue seeing their data.

To Archive a Team

If you want to continue seeing their activity and their impact in your history even though they are no longer entering activities, you will want to Archive the team.

Archived team data will be read-only and archived team data will still appear in reports.

  1. Select the team you want to archive, and select Settings

  2. Select Archive this team

  3. A warning box will open. If you still want to archive the team, select Archive Team

  4. If you want to restore the team, select Unarchive this Team

 

To Delete a Team

Rarely, you may need to completely remove the records of a team’s activity from your views.

Deleting a team will delete all child teams, churches and activity. A deleted team can be restored by the team administrators.

  1. Select the team you want to delete and select Settings

  2. Select Delete this Team

  3. A warning box will open. If you still want to delete the team, select Delete Team

  4. If you want to restore the team select Restore this Team
