When invited to a workspace or team, follow these simple steps to register and/or login:

  1. Choose ONE of the options below:

    1. If you have a Microsoft account - use Sign in with Microsoft. Then skip to step 56.

    2. If you do not have a Microsoft account - login with your username/email and password. Then skip to step 56.

    3. If you need an account - click “Need an account? Register” Register here.” and complete the registration form.

  1. Login and accept your After confirming your email:

    1. accept the agreement for using GAPP

  1. Accept any pending invite(s) which can be found by clicking the notifications bell

  2. If your invitation has expired, you must contact the person who originally invited you and request that they follow the steps outlined in step 8.

  3. If a user you invited reports their invite has expired, as the inviter:

    1. Go to the manage invites page.

    2. Cancel the expired invitation.

    3. Resend a new invite.
