There are some situations when activities will need to be transferred from one member to another within the same workspace. Such cases include:
activities were entered under the wrong account
a member moves teams or workspaces
a detached member’s activities need to be transferred to a member who has an account
You can follow these steps to transfer data between members:

To transfer all or some data from one team member to another:
Select the team in the side bar.
Select the members.
Select the transfer activities icon next to the member whose data you want to transfer from.
If you need to change the member you selected, choose the back button, otherwise choose Next.
Follow the guided steps:
choose whether to break or keep owned chained activities. Then select Next.
Choose activities to transfer:
To transfer all activities, select the box at the top left
OR transfer only specific activities by selecting the box next to the activities you want to transfer.
Change the number of activities to display from 5 to 100 items per page
Move through pages by selecting the left and right navigation arrows.
Select Next.
Choose the team to transfer the activity/activities to by scrolling and clicking or by typing the name in the selector bar and then clicking the correct team. Select Next.
Choose what happens to contributors:
Include contributors in the transfer
OR exclude contributors in the transfer
Select Next
Choose what to do with unowned chained activities:
Break activity chains
OR keep activity chains
Select Next
Choose team member to transfer activities to:
Select the team member that is auto chosen.
Click the x to remove the auto chosen team member.
Scroll or search for the name of the team member you want to transfer the activity/activities to.
Select the correct team member.
Click Choose member.
Select Next
Confirm transferring activities.
This cannot be undone.
If you need to undo the transfer, you may follow these steps from the beginning.
