If the answer is “Yes,” then also determine if the individual is a member of your organization.
If the answer is “Yes," then invite the individual using their organizational email address and set the correct role for them.
If the answer is “No,” then determine if the individual regularly does activities with your team and functions as a part of your larger team.
If the answer is “No,” then the individual should create a workspace or be invited to their organization’s workspace and then create an Alliance /wiki/spaces/GAPPSRVC/pages/870711323 with your Workspace or Team.
If the answer is "Yes,” then determine if the individual has internet and device access to use GAPP.
If the answer is “No,” create a detached member for the individual and enter activities on their behalf.
