If you are not on the Details page already, in the top section of the side panel, select “Settings.” The Details tab of the Settings page will open.
If you have not set up your picture yet, your initials will appear on a colored background.
To change your initials, click in the Initials box and edit the text. You can have a maximum of 3 characters.
To change the background color for your initials, click the color you want from the color picker
To change your Display Name, select the Display Name box and edit the text.
To change your picture, click the Circle
A new box will open. Click “Select a photo”
Your device will ask you where you want to look for photos and open the appropriate new window so you can search for the picture you want to use
Select the picture you want to use, and click “Open” or “Upload” (depending on your operating system)
Drag the selection handles to change the part of the picture you want to appear in the circle
Click Upload
If you already have a picture and want to change it
Click the circle
A menu will appear with two options
To change your picture, click the Change Photo
A new box will open. Click “Select a photo”
A new window will open to search through your pictures.
Select the picture you want to use, and click “Open” or “Upload” (depending on your operating system)
Drag the selection handles to change the part of the picture you want to appear in the circle
Click Upload
To remove your photo and only display your initials, click Remove
If you are finished making changes, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Save”
