The People Group dashboard, powered by peoplegroups.org and now accessible via the Reearch Research Tab in GAPP, allows you to explore people groups around the world by filtering on various data points such as engagement status, religion, country, language, etc. Specific people group information from peoplegroups.org and Joshua project are included for each people group, and this data is downloadable into a CSV file.

Similarly, you can use the filters at the top of the page to filter your data my by single or multiple selections, updating in the context the entire dashboards dashboard's information.
