1. If you are not on the Details page already, select the team you want to change the details for, and “Settings.” The Details tab of the Settings page will open. 

   

2. If you have not set up the team picture yet, a generic team symbol will appear on a colored background. 

   1. To change the background color for your team symbol, click the color you want from the color picker

3. To change the team Name, select the Name box and edit the text. 

   

4. To change the Team Long name, select the Team Long Name box and edit the text. This is for a longer official team name. This field will not be used in most displays, but will be available in reports.

   

5. To change the team picture, click the Circle 

   1. A new box will open. Click “Select a photo”

   2. Your device will ask you where you want to look for photos and open the appropriate new window so you can search for the picture you want to use 

   3. Select the picture you want to use, and click “Open” or “Upload” (depending on your operating system) 

   4. Drag the selection handles to change the part of the picture you want to appear in the circle

   5. Click Upload 

6. If you already have a picture and want to change it 

   1. Click the circle 

   2. A menu will appear with two options

      1. To change your picture, click the Change Photo 

         1. A new box will open. Click “Select a photo” 

         2. A new window will open to search through your pictures.  

         3. Select the picture you want to use, and click “Open” or “Upload” (depending on your operating system) 

         4. Drag the selection handles to change the part of the picture you want to appear in the circle 

         5. Click Upload  

      2. To remove your photo and only display the team symbol, click Remove 

         
   If you have “Org Administrator” privileges, and the team is part of a larger organization that uses team codes, you can select the Org Team checkbox and enter the code for the team

7. If you are finished making changes, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Save”
